Jackie Brook
After roughly 16 years at the club Jackie Brook has taken the decision to step down from her position as club Secretary.
Jackie came to the club back in 2004 with her son Josh who started playing for our then under 11’s team. After making an impact with the players, coaches and committee members Jackie soon made the leap into taking her FA level 1 coaching badge and started running two of our junior football teams.
Jackie then made the massive commitment to start helping Jackie Woodcock as Vice Treasure, which quickly lead to her taking the role of club Secretary. Jackie has been integral in keeping the club running over the past 16 years. She has worked tirelessly as a volunteer giving up her own time (even when her son stopped playing at the club) to help ensure the generations of young footballers had a place to play and enjoy themselves.
On behalf of everyone at the club we would like to thank Jackie for everything she has done for the club and would like to give her the opportunity to take a very well earned rest, but this isn’t goodbye as Jackie will still be helping as Vice Treasure at the club.
